STEAG Energy Services is assigned for the typical services of an Owner’s Engineer: technical due diligence, technical project management, time scheduling, technical specifications, bid evaluation, contract negotiations, supervision of erection and commissioning, design review, support in licensing management; development of O&M-concept (incl. the in-house developed IT-solution package WINDcenter).
