The Emschergenossenschaft operates a sewage sludge incineration plant at the Bottrop site which will be equipped with a new steam turbine and whose boiler and flue gas cleaning system will be renewed.
Iqony Solutions (IQS) is providing the following services as Owner’s Engineer for a lot-by-lot execution (6 lots) in the existing plant, planning and construction management during ongoing operation:
- Concept study, plant concept, design planning, cost estimation
- Layout planning, 3D model
- Approval planning and management
- Procurement planning and procurement
- Planning control of detail engineering
- Construction supervision, technical site management, commissioning management
