Iqony Solutions (IQS) was commissioned to control the existing SNCR system using the IT solution PiT Navigator SNCR.
The aim was to meet the statutory daily and half-hour limit values of NOx and NH3 and to reduce the cost of the reducing agent consumption.
Services by IQS:
Use of the existing SNCR system; connection to the control system for reading and writing signals; implementation of the complete control incl. pre-control of the reducing agent flow based on a NOx-prognosis; automatic selective control of all SNCR lances.
